I know it's inconvenient and messes with your warped view of reality,

gay people come from all kinds of families. Growing up in a family of

type of political bent or another has no impact on whether kids will

out to be gay.
Some of the biggest whores (the heterosexual kind) and promiscuous boys

knew were from conservative Christian families, though. Of course
that's
just anecdotal.
Anecdotal, yes, but can be backed up with, "who hides the sausage".
Funny, and when I came out to my parents, they gave me the same advice
my sister got; wait until you get into a stable relationship before
having sex.
Isn't it funny, those who come out in loving and caring families are the
one least likely to promiscuous.
Speaking of which, the CDC publishes quarterly scientific reports which,
year after year, show that "men who have sex with men" have an
astronomically higher rate of being diseased with AIDS than do normal,
heterosexual people. That must either be due to some horrible genetic
defect which is the marker for homosexuality, or else due to some sort of
incredibly stupid (but chosen) behavior on the part of known homosexuals.
