THAT is the public "education" system that the pro-union Democrats want to
isolate from any competition. Heavily in debt, heavily mismanaged, wasting
tax dollars left and road, topheavy with "administrators" getting paid fat
wages rather than hiring TEACHERS who actually TEACH our children, etc. etc.
