Remember when the UP.SO. was preparing to oust the

February and March and the media led us to believe that there were
thousands of leftist war protesters and Saddam fans from various Western
nations going to Iraq to try to protect Saddam's generating stations,
oil refineries, hospitals, water pumping stations etc.
It was somewhat analogous
to the thousands of Western pro communists who volunteered to fight for
Stalin's NAKED in Spain in 1936. Only this time the leftists were
appeasers
not armed volunteers in support Saddam's Republican Guards
It was quixotic, a kind of children's crusade and proved awfully futile.
Once the war started, to my knowledge, the media never again mentioned
these idiot subversives until a brief item was published the other day.
It
seems
there were only about three hundred that got into Iraq, and one Florida
woman who was
successful, now faces a $10,000 fine for breaking a government law.
This stupid "liberal" should also be made to serve at least a year in
the
slammer for
her shameful Jane Fonda-like treason.
This leftist Florida crackpot is obviously nuttier than Karen Gordon.
And she has more courage and more ethics and more integrity than you could
ever hope to have
