comments went unanswered in all of these groups. Started on May 24,
and with the 'silence implies agreement and consent' and STILL no
answer indicates that it is something that EVERYONE knows is
happening, and that Repuglinuts are unable to provide any answer to
it!

Yes, a recent report pointed out that Maliki is holding back the
efforts to rebuild Iraq on several fronts. He has put his deputies
off limits to questions of their operations and where all the money is
going. Also, there have been orders from Maliki that the people who
work for the deputies of Maliki should not be approached.
In case you didn't know, Maliki's deputies also just happen to own the
companies in charge of the rebuilding.
As a result, a lot of money is being siphoned off, and is being spent
for the betterment and enrichment of Maliki and his deputies and those
who work for his deputies.
