Remember "Baghdad Bob?" |
An amusing blowhard used to spew for Saddam's regime, making outrageous
claims and gradious statements that quickly approached the level of insane
religious extremism as his Bush counterpart.
Ironically, however, it turns out that everything Baghdad Bob said about
the fascist regime's invasion and slaughter of innocent people has turned
out to be correct.

Yes it is ironic that Baghdad Bob turned out correct. But we'll have to
wait for President Obama to clean this mess up.

I liked ol' Baghdad Bob. While Saddam and the heroes around him were
running like rats and hiding in holes, Bob stood his ground, spitting
in the face of advancing US troops.
I've always thought we should have given him amnesty, brought him to
the States, and set him up as a talk show host. Can you imagine the
schtick he could come up with???
