Harry Reid, while kicking off the Democrat's Congressional reform
program, once again, as only Reid can, distilled the situation down to
its essence. Republicans, Harry said, reforming Washington corruption,
is like "Brownie" reforming FEMA. What more needs to be said? Nothing
