Object: Roberts,Harvard,US Supreme Court, and Political Expediency
Appointments to Federal Judgeships, especially the US Supreme Court, are
clearly meant to serve the goals of the special interests that control both
of the USA's major political parties, the Republicans and the Democrats.
The socio-political-educational background of Judge Roberts clearly is
indicative of the same.
His attendance and graduation from Harvard Law school
is one clear indication of the same.
He, by both political parties, is seen as a Judge who will support the
"establishment" views of both parties and support the goals of an exclusive
"two party system" which does not represent the interest of the American
people as a whole but the "special interests" which control both political
parties.
As such, the American people should demand that our gradual transition from
a Republican Democracy to political authoratarianism be halted by demanding
from their political representatives that Judge' Roberts nomination be voted
down, that our current "winner take all' form of electoral representation be
replaced by some form of "proportional electoral representation", and that
the interests of the American people take precidence over the "special
interests" that control both political parties to the unjust expense of the
American people.

More precisely you should use the word "academic" instead of
"educational". From there we can talk about self-dealing among common
credential holders.

College grads comprise about 20% of the American work force. Most decent
jobs are reserved for them. Others need not apply. A smaller percentage
of course are law school grads. Their chief clientele and patrons are
from that 20%. As either attorneys or judges they can not honestly
represent in court the interests of the have-nots.
