HEADLINE: Iraq warns France of high price to pay for UN vote
DATELINE: BAGHDAD, Dec 5
BODY:
An official Iraqi newspaper warned France on Sunday of a high price
to pay if it sides with the United States in a UN Security Council
vote linking a suspension of sanctions to a new disarmament
regime.
Such a vote would be "the last straw for Iraqi-French relations," said
Babel, a daily run by President Saddam Hussein's elder son, Uday.
As a result it would be "only logical for the French (oil) companies
Elf and Total to close their offices in Baghdad and lose the immense
concessions which they have won but not yet exploited."
"The numerous advantages which French companies enjoy on the Iraqi
market could also be halted," Babel said, protesting that Iraqis had
"suffered a lot because of the position adopted by the
French government."

Socialists do not earn money, they confiscate it.
Halliburton is earning money properly and legally. Just think,
that could very well have been a Frog or Hun corporation making money
in Iraq. But those countries managed to barely escape from the jaws of
victory.

Socialists do not earn money, they confiscate it.
Halliburton is earning money properly and legally.
Properly and legally? They got no-bid contracts, most of their profits
come from getting in on backdoor fed deals. It also helps to have your
ex-CEO, who gets rich from selling his stock, as Vice President of the
U$!
Bu$h-Cheney took your tax $$$ and gave it to Halliburton. No
accounting for how its spent, no competition for the contract. That's
about as close to Communism as you can get without growing a mustache.
Or call it Fascism if you like, state and corporation as one, the
citizens as indentured servants.
Just think,
that could very well have been a Frog or Hun corporation making money

Thanks for admitting that Halliburton is making money off Iraq.
Now tell me why an IRAQI corporation couldn't be making money off
IRAQ???? Bu$h is terrorizing the country, preventing Iraqis from
taking control of their own destiny, FORCING THEM TO ACCEPT
HALLIBURTON AND U$ MANAGEMENT.
But those countries managed to barely escape from the jaws of
victory.
Those are precisely the countries Bu$h is now begging to save his *****
in Iraq. I know they are too cowardly to do it, but if I was one of
them, I would tell Bu$h to ***** and die for everything he has
perpetrated. We don't need Halliburton "saving the world" for its own
profit, if this is what Amerika has become, then Amerika is Enemy #1.

Emma, do not worry about the money where it comes from and where its going,
as long as the job gets done right.

We went through the contract bidding bull crap in Afghanistan.
Not a single yard of pavement has yet to be laid. I like the solution
of awarding bids to corporations who can deliver.
Bu$h-Cheney took your tax $$$ and gave it to Halliburton.
I like it when left has suddenly become worried about my tax
money. In fact, usually they consider my money to be the property of
the government.
No
accounting for how its spent, no competition for the contract. That's
about as close to Communism as you can get without growing a mustache.
The left is going bonkers for sure. Imagine - worried about
communism!
Or call it Fascism if you like, state and corporation as one, the

Well, someone call CNN. You have a scoop!
<chuckle> Of course they make money. Did you ever hear of
anyone stupid enough to be working for no profit? (The US federal
government excepted.)
Why should't we give contracts to the Iraqis? Because in an
above paragraph you were complaining that the contracts were not open
to bid. Do you think the Iraqis would be able to compete with large
corporations?
When we are done and have left, they can do what the heck they
want to. But for now, since the UN is not interested in the plight of
the Iraqis, the 31 nations there will have to do the heavy lifting and
making the decisions. If it turns out that Halliburton et al make a
profit, their profits will be taxed, therefore making you happy.
Meanwhile, Halliburton is hiring new workers, which is a good thing
for the economy, but admittedly bad for Democrat candidates.
But those countries managed to barely escape from the jaws of
victory.
Those are precisely the countries Bu$h is now begging to save his *****

Bush's ***** is in fine condition. And it does not take any
special courage to ask for help since that is what we were asking for
before the invasion, remember? When we were turned down the first
time?
