Bush likes to act like he respects and appreciates the sacrifice of the
American soldiers. What we're seeing now, in the Iraq prison scandal, that
Bush actually considers the average soldier expendable, when protecting the
image of his appointees and policies is at stake.
No way some specs in the army made decisions on the treatment of prisoners!
Bush is trying to make it look like guys who take orders from sun-up to
sun-down are to blame for what happened. Bull! No way Spc. Jeremy Sivits,
a 24-year-old military policeman should be facing court martial!
Bush and all his people stink. The guy who should be on trial is the guy
who promised us a "responsibility era," i.e., Bush himself.
