find out the victim is illegal, they should just drop the matter. That
will encourage illegals to get back in their own country and won't cost us

Criminally Insane people look for something someone else is doing wrong, =

I served under a lot of good honest battle hardened Officers and NCOs, wh=

some of them fought in both Korea and Vietnam

In 1976 at seventeen, I deliberately dropped out of High School so that I
could join the US Army, and finished High School in Germany. Though I
dropped out of School, I had one of the highest aptitude test scores in my
State, because both my Father was a College Professor, and my Mother an
educator also, and they had educated me so well, and because I had finish=

all the advanced High School classes, I was board with the same old stuff=

School, so in my 11th grade, the High School made a special College level
curriculum for just ten of us, but I dropped out in the middle of 12th Gr=

because it was boring. It was a time when any High School drop outs got
into the Armed Forces easy, and as a results we had a lot of equipment be=

stolen by our Troops, and was being sold to our enemies so that our Troops
could buy drugs.

Personally when I was assigned Duds like that to work with, and they want=

out, I told them what to say to the Psychologists to get them out. If a m=

answered their question as to why did you join the Army? With "I joined t=

Army because I like to kill!" The Psychiatrists had them gone in minuets,=

did not want people that liked to kill, and we arrested a lot of men who
killed just because they liked to do it. Sane men do not like to kill even
in War, sane men kill, because it is you or them. But now our Armed Forces
are being flooded with people who like to kill, because that is all that
they can get, and that is why so many atrocities are being committed agai=

unarmed civilians.

To overcome it, we had to redesign the Army, but from what I saw, the
redesigned Army was more vulnerable to corruption, both in Military supply
chains, and Civilian support chains, and recruits. We often had corrupt
Officers or NCOs appointed over us, who would sadistically cause us
problems, and say that it was good combat training. You learned real quick
who was just, and who was not just. We had a lot of race riots, and I thi=

that they were often stirred up by corrupt Officers trying to throw CID o=

their trail.

But, when we were through, we had the Army that we have today, that flood=

with too many people that like to kill, even when their life is not
threatened.

Did someone in the US Armed Forces, or in the US Government allow those t=

Foreign Exchange Students to get weapons and explosives from Ft Riley, and
have let them kidnap me and a friend, trying to get rid of me, because I =

be able to tie them to the corruption of power that was being investigated
on Ft. Riley?
