and so the tap dancing proceeds...under ther disguise of 'responsibility'
http://www.ledger-enquirer.com/mld/ledgerenquirer/news/nation/13793758.htm
The New York Daily Sun published two of the cartoons ....
The Philadelphia Inquirer.... one cartoon appeared in the paper.
then compares pic or murdered americans with..............a cartoon!
"Bennett compared it to decisions in the past to publish photographs of
the bodies of burned Americans hung from a bridge in Iraq, as well as a
photograph by Andres Serrano showing a crucifix submerged in a jar of
urine."
associated fossil press compares cartoon with.....
"Our practice is to not move material that is known to be offensive - not
just the photographs under discussion now, but images of graphic
genitalia, extreme close-ups of body parts.....
and still not one uk fossil press outlet dares...

Do you want them to?
If not why?
If like me you believe that the press now has an absolute duty to
publish, what if any would be the response of the 'muslims' around the
country.
Would they smile and state "They are only cartoons for Allah's sake" or
would an increasing number transmogrify into the self same mould of
those "...who do not represent islam"
I ask because around the world it appeared there were quite a few not
representing islam so now I am reaching for the salt when hearing so
many apologists informing me as to how islam is 'the religion of peace'

Do you want them to?

certainly...
but i am also content to see them fail in their duty and
thereby steadily fail as businesses...

i don't do tea leaves...but i do want that data...

see last comment....

there is nothing much that is more foolish than to approach others
dishonestly/hypocritically/diplomatically.....
it ends with relationships built on sane....
it ends up with divorce ten years later....or war...

But what effect is their cowardice truly having as a net effect.
I have been almost in tears today as I come to understand how terribly
beastly those Viking fuckers have been to the peace loving muslims.
On debate after debate 'muslim spokespeople' have tugged openly at my
heart strings whilst the media presenters have cooed and ahhhheeeed at
the plight of the innocent.
I am now half way through my own "I WANNA B A MUSLIM" placard so
desperate am I to bathe in such righteousness.
