Task Force Lightning Soldiers attacked
Multi-National Division – North PAO
TIKRIT, Iraq –
One Task Force Lightning Soldier was killed when an explosion
occurred near his vehicle while conducting operations in Salah ad Din
Province, Saturday.
Four Soldiers were also wounded and transported to a Coalition medical
facility for treatment.

The monthly U.S. death toll through July 7 is 27
3,605 American troops are dead, 26,562 have been wounded, over
655,000 innocent Iraqis are dead and wounded
