Tax protester Ed Brown made a big blunder today June 18. |
At his press conference he was wearing a handgun but his tax evasion
conviction makes him a felon and he can't have guns. So they've got him
for a gun violation now that may get him another 10 years.

Get fucking real; at his age, does 10 more years in prison matter
at all? And face reality; he's got no incentive to surrender anyway -
not when he knows his existing sentence equates to life imprisonment.
I suggest you face reality. There's a damn good reason the fedcops
there - and Washington - aren't pushing this. It's that they all know
that making Ed Brown a martyr in a Waco-style confrontation would -
immediately - tell every one of those millions of Americans who've
been victims of tax snafus or had family who were that Washington just
lacks the tactical resources to deal with all of those millions at
once!

Speak for yourself.
I hope they assault the "compound" in a way that makes Waco look like a

Right! You're a sicko!
Let's ram tanks down this family's house for merely asking for the law
while we let illegal aliens burn down our assets on the border and
have a free pass on taxes. That sounds so logical.

I am sure all that paranoia you have would be more effective from behind
that fortified barrier that you could share with the anarchist. You could
help to reload, or at least fire in the general direction, perhaps hoping
to hit one of the jackbooted federolies. That, or try to call a press
conference with a poster of a life-sized image of Madison or Jackson or
Jefferson in the background, trying to pretend they support your insanity
and misrepresenting their views on the rule of law.

WTF are you talking about?. Brown is in his 60s and looking at a 5 year
prison sentence for tax evasion. That's no life sentence though if he
goes to prison, there's a fair chance the govt will torture him until he
commits suicide.

stop and think what would happen if all the Americans did not pay
federal tax at the same time. imagine your hard earned tax money that
pays the salaries of every Government offical along with the war
suddenly stops. this would really shake the government up. it would
give us ,the people back what is ours. in order for this to happen
every one must stop at the same time.

Get fucking real - it's not only coming, but much sooner than you
think. That Senate amnesty-for-illegal-aliens bill writes off all
back taxes any illegal alien owes; how many native-born Americans do
you think will willingly pay back taxes if that bill is enacted? I
expect that amnesty bill to be enacted within weeks - and for some
serious Rosaparksing over the tax provision to begin immediately by
LOTS of native-born Americans. Americans are going to - in
significant numbers - immediately start saying it's time to refuse to
any more be chumps for both Washington and the illegal aliens.

Easy. Think like an illegal alien fresh here from Mexico. Find

Exemption from withholding.
If you are exempt, complete only lines 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7

You don't even have to do that. Just sideline in some version of
what so many illegals do - working "off-the-books" for cash. Look in
any "mainstream" daily's classified ads - and you'll find all sorts of
businesses, especially in yard work etc., minor home repairs, etc. -
that work for cash.

Section 3402(n) This sections says you can tell your employer to not
take income taxes from your paycheck
"Nothwithsatanding any other provision of this section, an employer
shall not be required to deduct and withhold any tax under this
chapter upon a payment of wages to an employee if there is in effect
with respect to such payment a withholding exemption certificate (in
such form and containing such other information as the Secretary may
prescribe) furnished to the employer by the employee verifying that
the employee--
(1) incurred no liability for income tax imposed under Subtitle A for
his preceding taxable year, and
(2) anticipates that he will incur no tax liability for income tax
imposed under subtitle A for his current taxable year..."
The Key: No one is made liable for income taxes in the internal
revenue Code, so you can honestly say that you have no liability, and
ask your employer to not take out taxes. If the IRS or your employer
or both say you can't go "exempt", show them the law.

Of course there are jobs. Enough to make millions of people enough
money to live off? Not hardly There are more than 300 million people
in the US. The off-market jobs are a drop in the bucket compared to
the size of the economy. Lot's of people already do what you're

All you have to do is look at the jobs on craigslist. There are
plenty of individuals and small companies willing to pay cash.- Hide quoted text -
and replied:
Of course there are jobs. Enough to make millions of people enough
money to live off?
No - but enough for millions of people to make enough money to live
off of if they don't have to support "the world's only superpower,"
Iraq's all-foreign-aid government, Egypt's all-foreign-aid economy,
the Palestinians' all-foreign-aid economy, and 7% of the Israeli
economy as invisible family members! After all, how else do you think
a young Mexican who never finished high school, isn't fluent in
English, and is illiterate can come to America - and, within six
months, have a nice new pickup truck AND be wiring home cash every
payday to his family back in Mexico? It's because he isn't supporting
those invisible family members on top of his own real family!

Easy. Think like an illegal alien fresh here from Mexico. Find
some "off-the-books" income source not in and of itself illegal - just
like the Mexican illegals do and get paid cash. Construction and home-
repair stuff come to mind.
and replied:
Only that MOST people won't do that. Most people CAN'T do that
because they need the semi-guaranteed income their job provides.
Most people CAN do it - and they can do it easily.
But most people WON'T do it. How much of an off-the-books market is
there for services like that anyhow. It's limited because of the way
we segregate our land uses. And besides, the neighbors won't like it
if you start a business in your garage and it interferes with their
privacy. They will report you if they think you're getting away with
something. Then where are you?
Instead of
getting a second on-paper job for moonlighting, they can do what the
illegal alien does and do minor home repairs for cash for
moonlighting, just "off-the-books." In doing that kind of
moonlighting instead of getting a second job at Wal-Mart that's on-
paper, an increasing share of almost anyone's total income can be "off-
the-books."
I don't know if he reported it as taxable income - but I do know my
late father's father, a skilled printer, moonlighted in minor
electrical and plumbing work. If you can't do something like what
that man - who never finished high school did - you're pretty sorry.
Whatever, you know nothing about me or my abilities.

Didn't you yourself hint at it? Don't make a nuisance of yourself
to your neighbor - and he won't give a rat's ***** what you do. After
all, that's why marijuana use is so rampant - and so rarely results in
arrests, compared to the estimated number of users and estimated
amount smoked.
History is squarely on my side. How many Americans had to have
drunk alcoholic beverages during Prohibition for the bootleggers to
have had the market they needed? (Hint: my late father's father drank
"dago red" wine all through Prohibition!) Prohibition was ended due
to that general public noncompliance. Very recently, the 55 mph speed
limit got rescinded by Washington - also due to overwhelming public
noncompliance.
