U.S. has lot `to teach the world'

Lynne Cheney, wife of Vice President ***** Cheney, urged 40 children at
the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute Tuesday to study American history
for the good of themselves and their country.
"We have a lot to teach ourselves, but we also have a lot to teach the
world," Cheney said, flanked by American flags and poster-sized
drawings of the Washington Monument and Liberty Bell.
