check out the USSC ruling in Keith V US (1972). It upholds a 1967
ruling (US v Katz) that states that phone taps without warrants are
uncobnstitutional. But in Keith, the USSC carved out a specific
exception for foreign powers or their agents here. Thus, this stupid
judge has decided to ignore precedent.
