More toll roads are needed and these should come from private firms.
Thankfully I drive a private managed toll hiway to my job everyday. The
electronic traffic monitoring and efficient billing practices by the private
firm allow my commute to be smooth and quick. I do believe I am saving
gasoline and greenhouse emissions from taking this hiway 4 times daily.
