Screw the fence at the border, Bush will soon begin to heavily promote
legalizing ALL ilegal aliens currentlly in the US in an effort to sway the
hispanic vote to vote republican. The fence at the border in which he just
allocated billions too will damn near be scratched, so the big photo op in
which signedbover billions was just that...a photo op.
