rk: Recently, I have sent you several emails, with copies routed
to the District Attorney CLAY E. JOHNSON and the Board of
Commissioners, beginning with the article "Does JOCO Sheriff Dave
Daniel Have The "Cajones" To Do His Job?," which was sent on
5-30-04.
rk: In them, I have repeated my demand that your agency launch
an investigation into the Government/media sponsored/supported
mind-control/disinformation campaign currently under way on the
Internet.
rk: Your Internet bulletin board site "ask a cop"at
http://www.cyberhouse.org/public/phpbb2/index.php has provided
these disinformation provocateurs a platform for the crime of
conspiracy to libel, and, as such, in your capacity as Chief Law
Enforcement Officer of Josephine County, Oregon you must share in
the resposibility for enabling such criminal behavior for
allowing such criminal behavior to continue to be aided and
abetted.
rk: This Internet stalking of me by these sub rosa provocateurs
could not continue were it not for the STONE WALL OF SILENCE
erected by the Federal government, White House, Congress, FBI and
County Officials tracing back to my petition to Congress and the

I have already given you the name of Grants Pass's ed wilkinson
as the chief disinformation operative behind the latest
"Mannequin Shooting" deception. You will find that ed wilkinson

rk: Let me put it to you this way. You folks need someone of
substance to smear and libel in order to misdirect public
attention away from the real problems of the Nation. Isn't that
the primary objective in the job description of government/media
disinformation agents? Even when I am silent, you are not.
Hell, isn't it?
Attention JOSEPHINE COUNTY OREGON SHERIFF DAVE DANIEL, as you can
plainly see, the government/media disinformation/libel campaign
continues both on and off your site. Is that why your agency's
bulletin board "ask a cop" has been shut down since I publicly
demanded that your department conduct the investigation the FBI
has STONEWALLED since 1997? These same anonymous, shadow-dwelling
disinformation agents have chosen to involve you in their smear
campaign by using your bulletin board as a platform for libel.
As you know, this provision of a platform for libel involves you
and Josephine County, Oregon and fits the criteria for vicarious
liability, does it not?
Sheriff Daniel, as Yogi Berra once said, "It ain't over till it's

and re-read it. You're right about religion being a combination of
myth and superstition, and following it gives your power away. The
following extract is catchy and insightful.

regulations. Yes, it is time to wake up see what is really happening.
