Hmm, this sounds like a warning to all personel with knowledge of
wrongdoing by US military personel in Iraq to keep their thoughts to
themselves.
I thought Bush and Co. said that they wanted to get to the bottom of
it, yet they first put on trial the guy that was charged with some
minor offenses and that just happened to have taken some of the
pictures of the torture that circulate in the press and the web.
Coincidence? I doubt it.
Are these bushies sorry that the torture happened or are they sorry
that it was exposed?

scandal. His father, Daniel Sivits, said last month his son "was told
to take a picture, and he did what he was told." He said his son
trained as a mechanic but found himself performing military police
work for which he was unqualified.

Sivits was charged with conspiracy to mistreat detainees, dereliction
of duty for failing to protect prisoners and maltreatment of
detainees. Seven officers have received career-ending reprimands.
