Ummm...I believe the problem with Christmas, and what has been the
problem with Christmas for some years now, is that it has already been
commercialized. It's not about peace on earth (for obvious reasons
these days) goodwill or anything else that doesn't generate revenue. In
2005, the meaning of Christmas is "Get your ***** out there and buy
stuff." That was always a fun part, but somewhere along the line it
became the only part. It stopped being a part of Christmas and became
some sort of an officially mandated chore.

It does seem the it is the season of greed. So if not chruch thing, why
