in 'Holocaust' Case

In a Paris courtoom on July 11, Dr. Robert Faurisson and his attorney
waged a well-prepared, vigorous and articulate legal battle. The
fiercely energetic 77-year- old retired professor was on trial for
having granted a telephone interview of revisionist character to the
Iranian radio and television station Sahar 1. About a hundred
revisioinists, from France, Britain, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, Iran
and some other countries, were present to support Faurisson. From the
start, the courtroom battle swung in favor of the defense. A decision
in the case is to be handed down on October 3.
