There comes a time in the life of any building where the question of
whether it's better to try and fix it one more time, or tear it down and
start anew, inevitably tilts to the latter.
The UN is a zoo. Start again. Perhaps third time will be a charm. Limit
membership to representative governments that uphold at least a minimal
standard of human rights amongst its citizenry.
