Solon, Ohio (October 19, 2004) - A local worker filed federal charges against
the Bakery and Confectionary Workers Union Local 19 today after he exercised
his right not to subsidize union political activities and was unlawfully fired
for refusal to join the union and sign a dues "check-off" card.
