I have received several inquiries from people I've never
heard of since my dialogue with Rick Stanley. I have also, in
the past, been contacted by people whom I sensed were government
agents working to set me up. As such, I am slow to move on
suggestions or stories from persons not familiar to me.
You may or may not recall the highly visible "Speckles the
Chicken" fiasco which received national attention. I suspect
that it was a government planted sting operation in order to cull
names of those sympathizers whom the government, in its pell-mell
Patriot Witch Hunt, would consider to be "Persons of Interest."
It also took public attention off the embarrassment the
JOSEPHINE COUNTY, OREGON Judiciary and District Attorney's office
were experiencing by their unlawful text-book violation of my
Unalienable Rights and False Arrest/Imprisonment."
I say this because of the STONE WALL OF SILENCE I have
experienced with all government agencies (from the White House,
Oregon and Washington DC Senators and Congressional
Representatives, U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Treasury Department,
Oregon Governor's office, Oregon Attorney General's office,
Oregon Secretary of State's office, Oregon Board of Judicial
Review, State of Oregon's and Josephine County Oregon's Risk
Management Departments, Josephine County District Attorney's
office and Josephine County Sheriff's Office) since 1997 which
has remained intact and has been extended to the Josephine County
Sheriff's Department where I repeatedly demanded criminal charges
be brought against one Kathy Lynn Dean, wife of Nick Gambos (of
Speckles the chicken fame) after her criminal act of officially
filing a false report charging me with all sorts of made up
fantasies, then publicizing them on the Internet with the result
that my Web Site http://www.arkenterprises.com was unlawfully
shut down.
SHERIFF DAVE H. DANIEL has steadfastly refused to act on the
matter, to investigate the charges of the false report. An
official crime report (CASE NUMBER # 04-7529) was filed by Dean
with his office and the SHERIFF, DAVE DANIEL, refuses to render a
disposition in the case, even with my counter-complaint. If the
JOSEPHINE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE WILL NOT INVESTIGATE CRIME,
what possible relevance does it have to the taxpayers of
Josephine County? What is the purpose of its existence --
UNLESS (could Josephine County's corrupt District Attorney's
Office have leveraged a guilty plea bargain from Nick Gambos to
protect his wife from prosecution for criminal charges?) Go to

Your system of defense/rescue appears to be sound but
dangerous unless all members can be vouched for as to their
balance and emotional state. I for one, am not a joiner, as I
realize that action or decision by committee is Satanic in nature
and leads to the Spiritual and physical disintegration of all
participants to one degree or another.
What is needed in America today, is for the pressure escape
valve of endless, busy-work talk to end and the integrity and
seriousness of action to speak for itself without being drawn
into the lair of SATANISTS who diabolically trade upon human
misery and operate under "Color of Law through such Sting
Operations as mentioned above.
Posting your story will allow us to take the first step in
exposing the now "In your Face" perpetration of multiple Frauds
by an errant Government which the voting public has ignorantly
sanctioned.
What is needed are men and women willing to stand up,
independently, understanding themselves to be the Sovereign
People they are, and willing to mirror the black-robed hypocrites
who schnooker the unaware out of their wealth and freedom through
contract and waiver of rights.
Such a STAND FOR LIBERTY would create a sea of SOVEREIGN
PEOPLE extending from coast to coast that no corrupt government
could stand against. That is the outcome for all who stand in
Truth, of which it has been said "THE GATES OF HELL SHALL NOT
PREVAIL."
Without such Satanic deception in the courts of our land,
many of the people presently in jail would not be there to begin
with. If enough people rise up to the occasion, the Real
Criminals would be lodged behind Bars and many innocents would be
released from jail. This issue of Demanding an investigation
into the Government/Media/Intelligence community mind
control/disinformation used domestically against the American
People is an Act of Treason, no buts about it. With that one
issue alone, we can take back control of our country without
firing a shot in revolution.
What is required to restore Freedom to our Land is NUMBERS
NUMBERS, NUMBERS, BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT. Ask yourself,
what would the Government do were they to face 50 million Daves,
Rick Stanleys, or Ray Karczewskis?
Dave, my experiences with the Josephine County, Oregon

for themselves. Without my combined hunger strikes in protest of
my False Arrest/Imprisonment and being arbitrarily labeled as a
"Paper Terrorist" for defending myself in court and holding my
public servants accountable for their unlawful behavior (similar
to Rick Stanley's filing of court papers), I WOULD STILL BE IN
JAIL TODAY.

I tried to get Rick Stanley to do it of get off the pot. But he
refused and got arrested, played the court game, spent his money
on BAR lawyers, got arrested again and now is going to jail
because he refused to do that what I suggested. In fact it is
exactly what I am doing in H----- UT. That being telling the
county law, judges, county attorney, and the state law that I am
declaring myself immune to all New World Oder Laws and or any
victimless laws, licenses, regulations, taxes of payroll and
other things that remove my free agency from me.
I formed around 50 local guys and gals to be a citizens watch or
militia. 10 five men rifle cells. Each having one leader whom I
know. The rest are not known to me. WE are on call 24/7 and if I
or any of the others are forced to use armed defense against the
NWO law enforcement teams to stay out of jail for a victimless
crime or illegal law. Then a code is entered and all leaders are
contacted to when and where the problem is. They in tern notify
their people and as many as 50 armed citizens show up with in 15
to 30 minutes anywhere in the county. They have their orders to
seal off the perimeters at least a 2 block area. To send in
people with cameras and hidden guns. Then slowly drive by the
stand off. If they are confronted to leave they back off until
they are not noticed and return armed and ready to fight. Warning
the police to back off immediately or get shot. If they do not
back off the war has started on my door steps. If they do back
off they are stipped to their shorts and all their stuff is
placed into the cars they drove. They are forced to walk away
down the road in their shorts. All vehicles are then driven to a
parking lot and left there where they can claim them later on.
But if they choose to fight us. We will kill them.
The war has started and whether you admit it or not it will soon
be at your door. We so far have not fired a shot. I did stand off
the sheriff and his officer the other day at my home. There were
around 6 to 10 armed officers and cares in the front of my home.
I was armed also but not seen by the sheriff. I spoke to the
officer in charge and told him I had been defrauded by a BAR
attorney who filed a motion in court to take my truck. The only
thing was I was not notified of the hearing date or time. So the
judge ruled in default. Now the sheriff comes to take my truck. I
can not pay for it due to my injury at work last year and not
being able to gain employment or receive unemployment since. I
have a labor commission case on going with the largest crook of
them all , Allstate Insurance, where I worked on the national
catastrophe team for 3 years. I traveld the USA paying clients
for damages due to storms. I would not cheat them the way my
bosses wanted me to. I had an accident and snapped my neck back
violently while I smashed my head into the concrete. The fall was
not pretty. Anyway I have not recieved a dime from the Insurance
after June of 2003. This along with my injury has stopped me from
gaining employment. I have never missed a days work due to
sickness or injury in over 20 years. But now I am fighting for my
life with Allstate the crooks of the century.
So after about 2 hours of arguing who was right and who was
wrong. I told the sheriff to stand down and leave or someone is
going to die today. I also told him I would contact the county
attorney and speak with him. But if the sheriff did not order his
youngster officers to put their glocks away and go home, there
would be dead people in my yard. The sheriff agreed and I think
was worried about one of the hot shot kids being trigger happy
also. They all left about a half an hour latter. I contacted the
county attorney and gave him information to show cause of what
went down. I also informed him of the New World Order and gave
him specific factual documentation to support my talking. He
denied all the problems with the NWO and infact called me
everything but crazy. Why would a person defy the law? When the
Law is so powerful and so good for everyone. I told him the law
was only good for the crooks who run it and take in the money
from all the victimless crimes. That no one is accountable for
anything when a so called victimless crime is enforced. They do
not have to notify the courts, nor the officer nor pay fines or
go to jail. If anyone tries to enforce these illegal acts of
"embezzlement by agent" upon myself or the people who support me.
They will be asked to back off or stand down. If one of his
officers tries to be Mr. Mocho and pull his weapon on us. He will
die or we will die. But some one will die for nothing.
I no longer have a good relation with the county attorney’s
office now. Anyway The facts are this. Dave (last name removed,
rk) is at war with the NWO governments. Not the Republic under
God governments of our nation. But the enemy with in the gates.
When I tried to tell Rick Stanley about fighting instead of being
talking lips, He called me everything in the book but a good
person. He was set up by agents from the feds who called him from
a hotel room in Denver the night he was busted. The problem was
the agent told him it was myself. He used my name to cloak the
set up with being ok to go out or something. I do not know the
conversation. But Rick told me I set him up. When in deed I was
in H----- doing my own thing all along. I still do not know if
Rick has come to his senses. But I did find out that Rick is not
such a brave man. Anyone can get arrested and get out of jail if
they have the money he had. Now it may be all gone , but
thousands of patriots before Rick are in jail as they do not have
money to get out. They were trying to use the system that I
warned Rick was too far gone to benefit from.
As I told Rick to fight of get off the pot back then. He
announced I was a traitor and an evil agent. Well now I hear and
see that Rick is talking about fighting or standing up or what
ever. I say prove it or get off the pot.
Do not place yourself with those brave enough to actually arm
themselves and fight. You are nothing but talking lips claiming
to be patriots. Although I do appreciate the information you send
out. It is for the most part good. Just do not claim to be a hero
when in fact your just another patriot statistic of playing the
broken court games and ending up pennyless and in jail.
Now like I told Rick, the militias must be from around your part
of town to work efficiently. You can set up people further out
and they set up further out until the state is covered. But it
was foolish to expect armed militia to come to Ricks aid from
around the USA when indeed Rick would not defend himself against
being arrested. You have to prove to those you ask to place their
jobs, lives and all they have on the line to pick up and travel
thousands of miles to save you. Foolish is stupid if you expect
that to happen. But if you are fighting a battle with your local
people and they need back up, that is where the American Patriot
Union comes in to play.
We would send notice to all leaders (we do not have actual
fighters names). To come to your aid or to monitor the situation.
This is the only way to fight these guys. Use overwhelming force
when you need it. But fade into the woodwork. No army guys in
uniforms. Just plumbers, bakers, doctors etc... with guns in
their cars or on their bodies at all times. Ready with a 72 hour
pack and ammo to mobilize at a moments notice. But mobilize no
further than 20 miles from home. Otherwise your homes are then
left undefended. If you can not gain 50 or more local people to
help you or defend you. You are in the wrong area and must move
to one that will. You can not soar with the eagles while living
with the snakes.

I appreciate your return email. I am bound by my Lord Jesus
Christ to finish the job I have started. It is with that
commitment that the more people who read things that may awaken
or plant a seed of unrest to get off the pot and do something. Is
indeed a good thing. I also believe you to be a man of God.
Knowing good from evil is how I can tell, along with the spirit
that comes with an email I read.
I grant you to print anything I sent out. I honor your choice as
not to fight with arms. I also realize we need many people to do
the same as you. But be supportive to the patriots who are really
fighting for our freedoms. By helping with getting the word out
or by sending in donations to help with the costs of fighting.
Though we may not be firing bullets at each other today. It will
surly come a time that we will have to lock and load.
The hardest part of gaining patriot troops is exactly what you
stated. To make sure they are all of sound mind. I established my
people (not mine per say, as we all help each other equally) to
understand the constitution and the rights to fight or not. They
must believe in Jesus Christ, and attend church every Sunday if
possible. They must prove to me they are men or women of God. The
only way we can win this war and drive out the Satanic cults that
prosper on our slavery, is to fight them with the Lord on our
side. Otherwise we are fighting a losing battle from the start.
That is probably why there has not been an actual revolution
before July 4th 2004. People are afraid of commitment to fight
for their rights. They want everyone else to do it for them. They
want to be able to pay their bills, watch TV, go to sports events
and have fun. Sure we all want that. But the fact remains that
Jesus Christ established America by the blood of his patriots who
would fight for their liberties. The ones that would not fight
were afraid of losing their lands and belongings. They placed
value on things of the world over value of eternal principals
like free agency. After all the only war in Heaven was fought
over free agency.
