Documentary 'The Israel lobby - The influence of AIPAC on US Foreign
Policy
(--English version--) An episode of the Dutch documentary program
"Tegenlicht" ('Counterlight') about the Israel lobby in the USA.
This new documentary (April 2007) was created as a result of the
controversy created by Mearsheimer and Walt's "The Israel Lobby"
article. Featuring interviews with Mearsheimer, geostrategist Lawrence
Wikerson, Richard Perle, historian and critic Tony Judt, John Hagee,
former Congressman Earl Hilliard, Kenneth Roth of Human Rights Watch,
Michael Massing and Daniel Levy.
Here's a recent debate about Mearsheimer and Walt's heroic paper:

This is also a very revealing documentary about the courageous (and
unfortunately married) Sibel Edmonds who has exhibited admirable integrity
by standing up to the institutionalized criminality that has hijacked our
democratic republic.

In a scathing attack on what they termed the "Israel Lobby," the
Kennedy School's Stephen M. Walt and the University of Chicago's John
J. Mearsheimer argued in a recent article that supporters of Israel
have seized control of U.S. foreign policy, making it reflect Israel's
interests more than those of the U.S.
The article was published last Thursday in the London Review of Books
and on the Kennedy School's website as part of the its faculty working
papers series. Walt is the Kennedy School's academic dean and a
professor of international affairs and Mearsheimer is a professor of
political science.

Is the Mearsheimer and Walt article just concerned journalism?
It appears the timing of it is a bit curious.
I found this in the "Campus Watch" library:(On mideast studies)
(The same place the Mearshimer/Walt article appeared).

A Saudi prince has spread $20 million around American campuses to
finance "Islamic Studies". According to his wishes, the money cannot be
spent on anything else.
Surprise, surprise!
OOPS! I just reread it. It's actually $40 million.
