"Mr. DeLay does have odor issues. Increasingly, he smells just like
the Beltway itself... His real fault lies in betraying the broader set
of principles that brought him into office, and which, if he continues
as before, sooner or later will sweep him out."
The whole GOP-controlled Beltway smells like a sewer....

WSJ is beginning to notice that permanent warfare is bad for business.
They thought it would be good, so they backed it. But now they're
beginning to see that deficits as far as the eye can see isn't so great,
especially when Iraq can't even pump as much oil as under sanctions.
