No, because that didn't happen. Besides, those of us who pay federal income
have noticed OUR wallets actually feel a little heavier, because the
Bush/GOP tax cuts are allowing us to keep more of our own money, which we
earned. The Democrats were totally opposed to that idea, of course.
So if YOUR wallet is feeling lighter, it can only be because you're not
paying any federal income tax to begin with, Peace Boob.
