Bush is reputed to have said something unusually Orwellian recently,
something along the lines of "war is peace", or "When I talk about
peace, I mean war."
Does anyone know the actual quotation and an official source for it?

the peace. The United Nations must act."
It reminds me of Hitler saying that his attacks on Poland and Czechoslovakia
were to ensure the peace in those countries.
Bush saying that war is peace is consistent with his many other lies.
He calls a logging company give away the "Healthy Forests Initiative."
He increases allowable air pollution limits and calls it the "Clear Skies
Initiative." Very Orwellian.
