War with iran inevitable
Seems like dejavu from the iraq debacle, now we have another one Iran,
we have refused diplomacy and now have cut them off from any humanity.
They IAEA have refered Iran to the UN security, and they kept their
promise to shut off outside diplomats and will now will resume uranium
enrichment at its main plant instead of in Russia. If history repeats
itself, and it usually does when republicans are in power, we will have
a more stump speeches aiming military action at Iran, and an inevitable
war with Iran. And inturn the inevitable destruction of our country as
our troops get stretched to the brink.
Any comments from both sides of the isle would be appreciated.

Yeah, I'm sure you care about the Republicans' side. I hate both
parties so here goes...
The US has not refused diplomacy. This comment of yours shows what a
huge fucking moron you are. Hillary was giving Bush hell a couple
weeks ago for DOWNplaying the threat of Iran. I.e., being too
cautious. We haven't cut ANYone off from humanity. Iran's crazy
president seems connected to Hugo Chavez, etc. So he's doin fine, very
social fellow I'm sure.
War with Iran is not inevitable. If it comes to that it will suck.
Iran is much larger than Iraq and is an organized, functional country,
not a mob-run shithole like Iraq. Russia isn't going to sit there and
twiddle their thumbs while we bomb all the military sites in Iran.
The key thing that both parties cannot/will not do is stop our
dependence on oil. Bush and the UAW and the oil companies and the US
car companies and the Democrats from Michigan are all against higher
Cafe (mileage) standards. So basically we're fucking around just like
we did in '74 except now we have these people who will blow us up over
cartoons.
Iran created this mess by trying to pull this ruse over needing nuclear
energy for peaceful purposes, like they need more energy sources ?
They have missiles already, and they're in proximity of having a
workable bomb. Israel has the bomb too, but unlike Iran and Egypt and
Syria, Israel doesn't go around invading its neighbors, and it allows
women to vote.
Two things need to happen:
1) Raise Cafe standards 50% by 2007. ***** GM, ***** the UAW, *****
everybody until we drop our oil dependence.
2) Work through the powers that be (UN, Russia) to diffuse the Iran
situation as best we can. Ahmadinejad is not the most popular mofo in
Iran; as in China there is unrest. If it comes down to it though, Iran
cannot have the bomb. Yeah, the US has it, and one could say all's
fair, but we haven't thought about using atomic weapons since that one
Democrat who toasted a couple hundred thousand Japanese civilians, left
office. Iran would like to have the bomb, sort of as a giant penis to
wave around, and some of them would like to nuke Israel. I don't think
it will come to this.
[Democrats are pretty damn good at starting wars btw. Wilson took us
into WW I for no apparent reason. FDR used WW II to spur an economy
which was still sputtering despite 8 years of socialistic
experimentation. Truman took us to Korea. Kennedy/LBJ sure had a hell
of an idea going to Vietnam. Gimme a break.]
