they create a *TERRORIST SCARE* to distract the public.
After the Iraq war disaster, they brought out the
Social Security and Medicare scare. (Distraction #1 & #2) :-(
Then the North Korea and Iran scare.(Distraction #3 & #4) :-(
The Iranians Nuking Israel scare has started to fade.

*There will have to be a _really_ big scare* to help them
