Was Bush's National Guard service "noble" ? |
The Bush campaign says that Mr. Bush has called John Kerry's Vietnam
War service "noble" yet the Kerry campaign has remained silent about
Mr. Bush's Texas Air National Guard service:
" Bush campaign spokesman Steve Schmidt said the president did not
support the Swift Boat ads, which accuse Kerry of lying about his
Vietnam combat record.
"John Kerry knows his statements are false. John Kerry knows the
president said his service in Vietnam was noble," said Schmidt. He
said Bush wants an end to all political advertisements paid for by
so-called soft money. " (quote from here:

Nope, Kerry denounced a moveon.org ad criticizing it. Bush refuses to do
likewise.

Bush refused to say a word when asked to denounce them on national tv.
Just looked at the reporter, smirked, and embarrassedly kept signing
autographs.

Of course Bush wants an end to all soft money ads. He can play without
them. Of course, it's a much worse abrogation of the first amendment than
McCain-Feingold was, bvut then consistency has never been a problem in the
republican party.

And the Poodle never demanded they stop running that and in fact they still
are. He never denounced the funding of moveon by left-wing fringe communist
kook liberal George Soros, but today complained that the Swift Boat Vets are
funded by some republican in Texas. What a fucking left-wing hypocrite that
Poodle is.

Notice that today the Poodle is out there beating his chest about the Swift
Boat Vets, complaining about their partisanship and funding but NEVER once
answered a single charge that they made. Kerry KNOWS he has been lying all
along about his 4 months and 11 days in Vietnam. Now 250 war heroes are
calling him on it.

have flags hanging from their cars and who are mistaking fascism for
patriotism."

Poor little liar, Kerry has done 10 times more against moveon's ad than
Bush has against SWVF'T'.

Why would he bother? The relevant navy docs are on his website.

250 liars, hired for cash and gathered together by liars, their book
bought in bulk by liars (who then give it away for free!!).

bleating.

Ah yes. Kerry just didn;t do _enough_, versus Bush didn't do _anyhting_.
Rightard desperation to divert attention from Bush's abject failure to act
in a moral manner.
