WAS DAN RATHER IN ON IT?
It is equally irresponsible to claim Dan Rather was not a part of
the conspiracy to defame President Bush with forged documents as
it would be to claim he was. We do not know for sure. The past
history of CBS in respect to attacking innocent people to further
their ideology (the smearing of General Westmoreland, refusal of
60 Minutes to allow live interviews on anything to do with
Vietnam, their production of eight "Vietnam War Crime" confessors
in 1984 that were proved fallacious later - indicates to me CBS
has an ideologue agenda that is pro John Kerry's anti-Vietnam Vet
ideology. It would be naive to believe CBS's main commentator
"emperor" Dan Rather is oblivious to this CBS agenda.
The recent news is that CBS's forged documents came from a person
living in Texas that is well known to "tell tall tales" about
President Bush. In fact, when the Boston Globe interviewed the
man they checked out his story with his alleged witnesses and the
witnesses said the man was wrong or lying. This is old news, but
if this is the man that furnished the fake documents to CBS, he
is a known Bush hater, deceiver and Kerry supporter. CBS had to
know that his previous stories had been discredited years ago -
especially his claim that he contacted some tropical disease
because of President Bush!
I should also mention that forging Government documents and then
trying to use them for fraud is a crime. CBS is legally bound to
reveal the source of these obviously forged documents.
