Washington, DC Losing Black Majority as Whites Move in |
A transformation is happening across Washington as the black
population declines and more white residents and other ethnic groups
move in. Demographers say if the trend continues the District of
Columbia could lose its longtime majority-black status within 10
years.

"more white residents and other ethnic groups" Perhaps more of a reference
to blacks having been replaced by Hispanics as the largest minority.
Speaking of which, how's the battlefront on the war against Hispanic truck
drivers infiltrating US borders?
