Wasn't then President Jimmy Carter the precursor to the assasination of Anwar al-Sadat? |

The article seems to indicate it. Even good ol' Yasser Arafat, who
usually never entertains thoughts of violence indicated that Sadat was
a turncoat who would die because of the accords.
That's good ol' "peanut" Carter for you - always trying to make hay
for himself as others suffer the consequences.
The accords may have been the seeds that later became 9/11.
I, and many other Americans, hold Jimmy personally responsible for the
death of Sadat. And the Israeli's as well.
They knew what was gonna happen.
