Object: We are all being sodomized by the Republicans.
We are all being sodomized by the Republicans.

Do the American people love being sodomized by these Republican
monsters? On Nov. 2nd the world will know.

The U.S. Census Bureau reported last week that another 1.3 million
Americans slid into the ranks of the impoverished in 2003, raising the
total to 35.9 million. In the richest nation on earth, an astonishing 1
out of 8 Americans are just a paycheck away from falling into oblivion.
That is, those of us who can still find a job that hasn't been
"outsourced" to another country -- a job that pays a decent wage with
(just maybe) the most basic of health benefits.

Incomes fell and poverty rose in 2003, and it did so for 3 years in a
row, according to the Census Bureau.

As the nation's richest two percent prosper from tax breaks even they
can't believe they got, more and more children are starting to live in
poverty, for the first time in a decade (that's when another Bush
occupied the White House).

And here's some more good news (for those who enjoy sodomizing America):
the number of Americans without health insurance rose by 1.4 million in
2003, officially bringing up the tally to 45 million people without
access to health care in the richest nation in the world.

Economists project that we will see even more of a decline in private
insurance coverage. Being employed does not guarantee health insurance:
eighty percent of the uninsured are employed; and under this
administration, access to health insurance coverage will continue to
shrink.

With Wal-Mart now considered our nation's largest employer, more and
more workers not only continue to earn lower and lower wages but also
receive less and less -- if any -- benefits. Meanwhile, the cost of
health insurance and prescription drugs have skyrocketed, with more and
more employers racing to the bottom to reduce the benefits for their
workers.

Corporate America is also reducing the pensions they promised to their
older workers, threatening the retirement security of millions of
Americans -- all with the help of the Bush administration.

Overall, wages have gone down for the third straight year, but President
Bush wants to do more, he is prepared to keep Corporate America rolling
with a plan he calls a "guest worker program", to let illegal immigrants
into the United States for a limited time to work low-paying jobs,
offering no wage or labor protections and no hope of becoming a legal
resident.

Corporate America loves Bush, they see the Bush proposal creating for
them a bottomless pool of disposable workers -- a permanent sub-class
that works for much less than their increasingly obsolete American-born
counterparts, a virtual slave race with no inherent rights. Bush said
the plan was to help fill jobs for which American workers weren't
available -- but if those jobs offered a viable living wage, American
workers would fill those jobs.

America's corporate controlled media daily insults the American people
by saying that Americans won't work in service jobs, but, according to
national labor figures, 79 percent of the 23 million workers in those
jobs were born American. =A0 America's corporate controlled media daily
insults the American people by saying that Americans won't work in
construction jobs, but 81 percent of the 6 million workers in those jobs
were born American. America's corporate controlled media daily insults
the American people by saying that Americans won't work in production
jobs, but 77 percent of the 10 million workers in those jobs were born
American.

How many of these native-born workers would lose their jobs to recruits
from abroad if the president went forward with a guest worker program to
help out Corporate America? Well, 90 percent of workers in service jobs
and 99 percent of workers in construction jobs and production jobs
currently earn more than the minimum wage. How many of these workers
would lose their jobs or be forced to accept minimum wage?

Bush said his plan would "match any willing worker to any willing
employer" -- and what employer wouldn't be willing to get labor on the
cheap? Why pay someone 12 bucks an hour when you can pay someone else
two bucks an hour? Hey, that's old-fashioned American know-how!

Unfortunately, it also turns our country into a giant low wage
employment agency to the world.

The Bush administration has encouraged millions of illegal workers to
flood our job market.

And if the slave laborers don't come to us, we'll go to them. Despite
the fact that 18 million Americans are unemployed, Bush's policies
encourage American corporations to hemorrhage more jobs to India, China,
Mexico and Bangladesh -- outsourcing work they know can be done cheaper
in foreign countries, where billions desperately toil to eke out a
living. 2.8 million American manufacturing jobs have been lost to other
countries in the past four years. When a nation hands its manufacturing
base over to other nations without a whimper, then we are consumers with
no production -- and are no better off than if we were living in a third
world country.

Yet the ills of the economy are being blamed on Wall Street scandals,
terrorism, the war with Iraq -- even Bill Clinton (who created 22
millions jobs, by the way -- 20 million of those in the private sector);
but that reasoning ignores the fact that -- even without Enron or Osama
-- the economy would still be deteriorating at an extremely rapid rate.

Particularly hard hit are American teenagers, they especially can not
find jobs today. Because the weak economy has forced adults to seek the
low-skill, low-wage jobs that teens usually occupy. On top of that, a
continuing inflow of immigrants has created still more competition at
the bottom of the job market. According to labor figures, the
percentage of 16-to-19-year-olds holding jobs is the lowest it has been
since the government began tracking statistics in
1948.

While Bush and Cheney told compassionate conservatives at the convention
that the economy was all sunshine and puppies and lollipops, but the
unemployment figures released by the Shrub administration tells another
story. Despite that, even those numbers don't reflect, for example,
self-employed individuals and independent contractors, who don't qualify
for unemployment benefits, even if they can't find work and have no
other livelihood. And unemployment numbers don't include "discouraged
workers" -- those who have exhausted their benefits but have yet to find
a job. Unemployment numbers don't take into account numerous highly
skilled workers who have accepted low-paying "menial" jobs.

All these are things that should be debated, but Bush does not want to
debate them, for obvious reasons, he can not possibly defend his
apalling record.

There are only 2 months left till November, and Bush is still trying to
avoid any debates on the issues.

Shrub's 4 year term will end with, for the first time in our nation's
history since the Great Depression, we will have a net loss of jobs.
=A0=A0
And the Republicans can now honestly look us in the eye and say, "You
ain't seen nothing yet."

4 more years?

This has been the tax policy of the US ever since the 60's I
believe.

Most economic experts agree outsourcing is a tiny fraction(6%) of overall
job losses and that Kerrys proposal would do little to change that.
