We must examine other theories about 9/11,

The plight of demonized UNH Professor Woodward must encourage us to
investigate for ourselves if the events of 9/11 were the product of an
inside job. Otherwise we will be drowned out by the staggering
misinformation and omissions of our government and media.
While Gov. Lynch and Sen. Gregg make indignant noises that Woodward is
"crazy"and "not fit" for higher education, it is their own ignorance
that serves as New Hampshire's embarrassment.
In a society where tens of millions still believe we found WMD in Iraq,
I suppose it's not surprising that, even five years after the attacks,
the most basic facts of 9/11 remain outside public recognition.
Without looking at major arteries of analysis that contradict the
official theory -and they run deep and are plentiful - let's look at
one facet: the controlled demolition of the 47-story skyscraper WTC 7
at 5:25 p.m. on 9/11. You can see this 6.6-second collapse at
www.wtc7.net. In the words of Dan Rather on the evening of 9/11, it's
"reminiscent of those pictures we've all seen too much on television
before, when a building was deliberately destroyed by well-placed
dynamite."
Most people are unaware that such a building existed, just over 300
feet from the Twin Towers, and even less aware that on 9/11 WTC 7
completely and meticulously collapsed onto its own footprint at a speed
roughly equivalent to freefall. WTC 7 was not hit by a plane and had
only small fires on the seventh and 12th floors, yet pools of molten
steel were found under its fallen heap, and like Towers 1 and 2, had
temperatures up to 1,377 degrees four weeks after 9/11.
FEMA was able to state only that the collapse of WTC 7 had "only a low
probability of occurrence." To illustrate the extent to which the 9/11
Commission serves as an official whitewash, it does not mention WTC 7
once in its 572-page report.
What kind of society tolerates this manner of cover-up and then
righteously caricatures Professor Woodward as a nut?
