FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
ONE U.S. SERVICE MEMBER AND ONE LOCAL NATIONAL KILLLED
Kunar Province, Afghanistan--One U.S. service member and one local
national were killed when a Coalition vehicle was struck by an
improvised explosive device in Afghanistan’s Kunar Province.
Two U.S. service members were injured. One is receiving medical
treatment. The other was treated and released.
