So 20 year old Daniel Smith slumped over dead five months ago very

mysteriously. Supposedly he had taken a mixture of drugs that caused
his death. And now his mother, 39 year old Anna Nicole Smith, has died
very similarly. Both of these people occasionally used drugs
recreationally, so it would be very difficult to prove murder.

It is known that Anna's live-in boyfriend, Howard K. Stern, was with
both of these people when they died. One of Anna's relatives described
Stern as "evil." It is known that Stern ran off with Anna's five month
old baby to the Bahamas right away and now is refusing to meet with
Anna's relatives. We know that Anna had received a $79 million
inheritance settlement from her earlier marriage to an oil
millionaire, which was later overturned by another court. But that
suit is due to go to the Supreme Court and now, with Daniel Smith and
Anna Nicole Smith out of the way, Mr. Stern can now represent the
baby's interests in that suit as it's legal guardian, and stands to
likely win a settlement of tens of millions of dollars.

It would be very difficult, if not impossible, to prove murder in this
kind of case. But Mr. Stern could easily have given both Daniel and
Anna Nicole Smith a lethal mixture of drugs to put himself into a
position to likely give him a multi-million dollar payday. Many
murders have been done for much less.

This argument actually makes sense to me. I'm usually not a fan of
comspiracy theories, great or small, but you have to ask, where goes the
money? It appears to be going to Howard K Stern.

Stern and the Marshall family are suspect IMO. I don't like conspiracy
theories either, which is why I think there needs to be an investigation to
rule them out, if that is possible. My default position is accidental death
in both cases, but I think it is very foolish to avoid looking into the
possibility of foul play, since there is certainly motive on both Stern's
part (greed) and the Marshall family (revenge). Even if they are innocent,
they shouldn't have the cloud of suspicion hanging over them for the rest of
their lives.
We may know more when the complete autopsy report comes out in a few weeks.
