I, Raymond Ronald Karczewski©, a LIVING, BREATHING,

Complaint, via the Internet, with JOSEPHINE COUNTY DISTRICT
ATTORNEY STEVEN CAMPBELL against JOSEPHINE COUNTY SHERIFF DAVE H.
DANIEL. I have filed other criminal complaints with the former
District Attorney CLAY E. JOHNSON's office in the past, but the
filed complaints were ignored because they were not accompanied
by an AFFIDAVIT. I have filed other papers with the court and
District Attorney's offices accompanied by AFFIDAVIT, but they
too have been ignored REPEATEDLY.
Seeking justice in JOSEPHINE COUNTY, OREGON is pretty much a
matter of "Damned if you do and Damned if you don't"!!
It would seem that THE STATE OF OREGON and JOSEPHINE COUNTY,
OREGON CORPORATIONS, two private, for-profit corporations are no
longer operating their court system as CONSTITUTIONAL ARTICLE III
COURTS. They view themselves as a law unto themselves while they
operate OUTSIDE THE U.S. CONSTITUTION in Maritime, Administrative
Court Law and do not have any regard for the US CONSTITUTION, the
SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND.

basis have conspired to engage in mind control and disinformation
experiments/campaigns posted under a great number of aliases
throughout the years.
Shadowy, unaccountable Government Officials, by utilizing
Intelligence Psy-ops warfare on its own citizens, is guilty of
TREASON; but who is there to render justice when such rampant
criminality reigns supreme and the CROOKS RULE OVER THE SLAVES?
On the basis of the articles written by ED WILKINSON, a clear cut
case of conspiracy to libel is made, for he is the source of the
various venues of libel expanded upon by his disinformation
cohorts.
WILKINSON has direct ties to the UNITED STATES INTELLIGENCE
COMMUNITY, TO PREMIER BROADCASTING INSIDERS, OWNER OF MANY
NOTABLE TALK SHOWS SUCH AS ART BELL, MICHAEL SAVAGE GUIDED BY
EXECUTIVE FAMILY MEMBERS OF ROY MASTERS -- himself, an expert in
mind control and past cult leader in Southern Oregon.
An investigation connecting the dots of email addresses and their
computers of origin, linking them to networks tied to government,
media and satellite intelligence operatives expert in computer
operations, will break the back of this nationwide Internet
disinformation conspiracy.
Yet the FBI won't do a thing about it. The White House remains
silent as do our so-called Congressional and Senatorial
representatives. They are not concerned with ED WILKINSON. They
are concerned with whom ED WILKINSON is linked to!!

SHERIFF DANIEL has refused to investigate the background of, and
FALSE REPORT, MADE BY KATHY L. DEAN OF "SPECKLES THE CHICKEN"
FAME, as evidence will show that she operated in full complicity
