What Constitutes A Crime In Josephine County Oregon?

rk: Certainly it is not a crime for one to "Travel" in one's own
private automobile on the public highways in Oregon without a driver's
license. How could it be?
rk: Although I was unlawfully arrested, faced two trials,
fraudulently convicted, refused to accept sentencing, refused to
accept probation, repeatedly demanded the Legal Fiction Court prove
Jurisdiction over this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient,
Natural Man and was jailed for 128 days for doing that very act of
Traveling without a license, protected by our Unalienable Right to
Liberty on September 5th, 2002; that is of course, before they
decided to go after me as a test case "Paper Terrorist" under the
Patriot Act with a threat of 35 years in prison for attempting to hold
judges, District Attorneys, and Sheriff's responsible for their blase'
infringment upon my Right to Liberty, my Right to Travel, I stood up
to them, after two combined hunger strikes of 55 days, I nearly died
in custody before I was kicked out of their jail and dumped off at the
curb of the emergency room of the local hospital, with no charges, no
conditions hanging over my head, my actions which precipitated their
heavy handed police state tactics could not have been a crime on Sept.
5, 2002. For if it were a crime, then, it must be a crime now.
rk: Yet I still am traveling without a driver license and have
rescinded and removed all state plates/registration from my private
property owned automobiles. The STATE OF OREGON DMV has even stopped
sending Anita and me Registration renewal applications.
rk: In addition I am still in possession of all firearms which I
owned prior to my unlawful arrest, having made the authorities fully
aware of such possession.
rk: In the interim, The State of Oregon has begun to silently clean
house without making a public admission of fault over such rampant
misconduct and fraud. Two judges, a District Attorney and Sheriff
have retired because of their misconduct and criminality (fraud) in
the handling of my case. Such black robed Pharisees met a man of
Truth, a man of resolve and with all their seeming power --
facilities, manpower, jails, guns, handcuffs -- could not STAND UP TO
HIM.
rk: So the question must be asked: What constitutes a crime in
Josephine County Oregon? The Answer: Being a Judge, a DA, or a
Sheriff.
