This infringement upon our Constitutionally guaranteed rights
to unlimited contracting does two things: It reduces the
so-called defendants in their legal status to that of "Wards of
the State" and Debtors in the eyes of the creditor State.
Secondly, the court assumes that all who appear before the
court and answer verbally to the name called, are acting as
assumed sureties for debts of the Legal Fiction JURISTIC
PERSON/DEFENDANT, the name spelled on the information/complaint
in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.
You see, Kathy, the courts are a LEGAL FICTION. They ONLY
have jurisdiction over other LEGAL FICTIONS. You and I and
everyone reading this message are not legal fictions, unless we
declare ourselves to be via consent or contract.
The Courts do not have JURISDICTION over any "Living,
Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient Natural Man or Woman" who is
considered a NONPERSON in the eyes of the law, unless they have
either voluntarily and willingly waived their rights and have
consented or contracted with the court, usually doing so while
confused by trickery and deceit exercized by the less than
honorable black-robed judges.
Since Birth Certification, all those, who upon reaching their
majority and who have not changed their legal status, are
considered by the courts as assumed sureties for the debts of the
Juristic Person/Defendant whose name is spelled in ALL CAPITAL
LETTERS. As assumed sureties, they are deemed responsible for
the debts of the Juristic person.
That is how the State and Courts can usurp your wealth, your
property, your children, your own bodies. This is how they can
strip you of your freedom, and even put you to death. In their
eyes you are merely an expendable human resource, a SLAVE.
In cases of Administrative/Maritime Law with its legislative,
victimless laws, where no actual law by Common Law standards has
been broken nor established, they DETERMINE TO OWN YOU, LOCK,
STOCK AND BARREL.
The average person who goes along to get along, is oblivious of
the forces that have been launched against his freedom and his
life. THEY ARE CALLED SHEEPLE.
You see, Kathy, our present day courts operating in America
ARE NOT LAWFUL Article III Constitutional Courts. They are
private, CORPORATE courts, yet not one in a thousand Americans
are aware of this.
They operate as Administrative Courts in Maritime Law, pretty
much like the old ship's captain WHO WAS THE LAW AT SEA.
Although our modern day courts still deal with "SHANGHAIED"
people brought into the limited jurisdiction of the court through
bogus, non Common Law criminal arrests, their mask of civility
says one thing, but the savagery of their tyrannical actions says
quite another. It's all done through deception and legalese, a
language privvy to the select bar lawyers and judges.
Through this new legislation of SIMULATION OF LEGAL PROCESS,
the courts and government are attempting to reduce all people to
the status of "WARDS OF THE STATE" by requiring of them to
secure legal representation by Bar Attorneys.
When that is done, one has been reduced in their legal status
and has consented to granting JURISDICTION to the court. That is
when your Hell begins.
My paper terrorism charges arose from my use of UCC (UNIFORM
COMMERCIAL CODE) liens against Josephine County judges, District
Attorney and his assistants, the Sheriff and his deputies, and
the STATE OF OREGON AND COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE on a number of issues
beginning with their unauthorized use of my Common Law
copyrighted Trade Mark/Tradename in order to syphon off my assets
through intimidation and force.
THE LIENS, Kathy, stand as a formidable weapon against
tyrannical government officials. I know it scared the hell out of
the lot of them in JOSEPHINE COUNTY, OREGON. They brought in the
Oregon Attorney General's Office to prosecute me, and despite
their two fraudulent trials against me (as the
court/prosecutor/other agents for the STATE OF OREGON ABSOLUTELY
refused to answer, as the Law requires, the question of
Jurisdiction presented them and accompanied by my sworn
affidavit), after three years, they are still walking on eggs, as
this issue is far from over, and a 27-plus Million Dollar
Commercial judgment in the matter now stands due and payable.
I CALLED THEIR BLUFF -- THEY BLINKED!!
I am still receiving official State communications from State
employed lawyers addressing me only as "Mr. K." on the letters
and envelopes. Coincidence?
Kathy, the key to resolving all of this tyrannical legislation
which is killing our Constitutional Republic, is for the People
to WAKE UP to point of acting decisively against the fraud
perpetrated by our courts and extricating themselves from the
limited jurisdiction of these Administrative Law Courts by
changing their legal status.
Without awakening to this issue of unaware people acting
ignorantly as SURETIES for the JURISTIC PERSON, every person and
their offspring, property, etc. who remain unaware of their full
legal status, IS A SLAVE TO THE STATE and CAN and WILL be
disposed of at the pleasure of the STATE.
The entire PATRIOT movement is going about this matter of
REVOLUTION BASSACKWARDS.
BE A SOVEREIGN: DO NOT RESIST EVIL -- BOYCOTT IT!
THE ISSUE IS SOVEREIGNTY -- USE IT OR LOSE IT!!
