Tommy, a name is an intangible property right, with a [interest] therein;
and
as such protected by the
Forth and Fifth Amendments. It's been asked of others, do you

due process, consent or compensation? By what authority is gov't
functioning when "taking" private property PRIOR to due process? Do you
believe the gov't can steal your property (house, boat, name, airplane

Do you know the difference between what is, and is not private property? It
is only my
opinion, but Ray takes the matter of theft very seriously, as should all.
If you haven't the consent of the owner, to use his property, then YES the
owner
has a lawful right to compensation. Do you allow
the neighborhood bullies to use your, say automobile, without your
consent? And, if they've done so, would you not be entitled to compensation
for the use of that property? To the next level, if you chose not
to seek compensation, wouldn't that also be your rightful choice to make?
If property (house, boat, name, airplane, etc.,)
doesn't belong to you, it's not yours to do with as you please, prior to due
process, consent or compensation!

That's only a rough estimate. It's probably more, and should be. If due
process has not taken place, there's been no compensation to the owner PRIOR
to the use of his property, nor has the owner consented, then the owner is
allowed to charge as MUCH as he sees fit. You may not agree with the fee,
but it's not your place to disagree, Tommy. When you don't like it, you
won't use it!!! If you want to charge five dollars for monthly rent on your
property, is that not your right to do so? To the other extreme, if you
want to charge 500,000.00 dollars for each and every use, is that not your
right? Hopefully, people will learn not to steal/take/theft the property of
another w/out consent, due process, or compensation! Especially, 'civil
servants'!
