What's Going On With Shepard Smith?! |
Watching the war news on FNC. Shep Smith finally talked the big wigs into
sending him to Baghdad so's he can get some battle ribbons. He's standing
there in front of the palm trees talking to the camera and he's got a gray
SUIT on! And a white shirt and a $100 gray silk tie.
Didn't any of Shep's buddies tell him that the Uniform de Guerre in Baghdad
is fatigues? That the cool school goes grubby? Shep needs to present a
little bit more of a rugged image when he is acting as an on-the-scene war
correspondent. Like, hasn't he seen Geraldo in his camos and one of those
campaign hats that you flip one side up?
I wonder if his baggage got lost? Maybe Geraldo is jealous and is playing a
trick on him?
You need to look *tough* and *cynical* and have that *seen-it-all* look in
your eyes, Shep! Call me, buddy. I'll FedEx you some proper duds.

To those of the Emerald Isle and elsewhere that's not U.S. or Canada,
Shepard Smith is a features host with Fox News Channel. He's usually
stationed in New York, but it looks like he asked the bosses to send him to
Iraq for a little action. He looks like a fish out of water with his
expensive New York suit on.
