Letter to the Editor:
When Crime Takes a Backseat to Corruption In Josephine County
Oregon!
Whereas Josephine county government officials (Judges,
District Attorney and Sheriff) had no compunction about
destroying my reputation and jailing me for 128 days
arising from a high-beam headlight violation then labeling me a
Paper Terrorist, (under the Patriot Act) yet released me from
jail with no charges after undergoing my two hunger strike
protests, by dropping me off at death's door (emergency room door
to 3 Rivers Hospital) these same officials, remain ensconsed,
hiding behind a PUBLIC RELATIONS STONE WALL OF SILENCE when it
comes to investigating why my internet website
www.arkenterprises.com was recently shut down while traced to
the same government/media, mind control/disinformation internet
operation named in a Federal complaint made with the Medford
Office of the FBI on Nov. 2, 1997. The Sheriffs office is
currently in possession of a false report officially filed and
assigned a case number # 04-7529 in response to charges made by
one kathy lynn dean, wife of Nick Gambos of Speckles Chicken
fame. I have openly acknowledged and encouraged Sheriff DAVE
DANIEL to DO HIS JOB, to investigate the false report and act
upon it, letting all stand under the same light of Truth.
However that light of Truth is dimmed if not damn near
extinguished in JOCO because government officials refuse to
follow the law and perform
their sworn duty .
So People of Josephine County,ask your elected officials why
they refused to act when real crimes are committed, yet stack our
county jails with phony plea bargain victims?
