followed them, tracked them down to New Mexico. Why? In order to
insert fear into the collective minds of onlooking public that
there is no place to run. no place where they won't be tracked
down and harrassed/prosecuted by the courts and their
co-conspirator BAR Attorneys.
rk: There is a nationwide governmental
mind-control/disinformation push going on, they have declared
"Open Season" on intelligent, law-abiding men and women (Our
Corporate Administrative Courts which now prosecute us are not
LAWFUL Article III Constitutional Courts ) who demand their
Unalienable and Constitutional Rights and Common Law be honored
by the Courts. Our Government is out of control in their frantic
efforts to discredit this redemption process/Commercial UCC Lien
remedy as a viable means for people to hold their public
officials accountable for crimes and misconduct committed in
office. It poses a real threat and danger to government's long
inculcated Satanic illusory hold of power over the Sovereign
People.
rk: Pat, I'm still receiving legal mail from the state and local
government addressed only to "Mr K". This comes from
government officials who will neither utter nor write my
copyrighted name. They're walking on eggs regarding this Common
Law Copyright Issue, while they put up a BOLD PUBLIC RELATIONS
FRONT to the public.
rk: Pat, you are aware, are you not, that neither the JOCO court
nor the County and State of Oregon Attorney General/Department of
Justice prosecution has responded under oath or affidavit to the
23 "Proofs of Claim/questions which demanded proof of
jurisdiction over this LIVING, BREATHING, FLESH AND BLOOD
SENTIENT NATURAL MAN in these two BOGUS CASES as the law
requires.
rk: That is why I was released from jail and am a free man today
and not still imprisoned. To arrest me, they would have to
answer the 23 proofs of Claims which were accompanied by
affidavit and sent to Josephine County District Attorney CLAY E.
JOHNSON and to other agents for the State of Oregon and County of
Josephine.
rk: A multi-million dollar UCC lien filed with the Secretary of
State's office against the State of Oregon and County of
Josephine which has nothing to do with the charges lodged
against me in the two bogus prosecutions has been criminally
erased from the Records of the Oregon Secretary of State's
office, UCC, Corporate Division. The criminality of our Public
Officials in Oregon Government is truly MIND BOGGLING.
rk: It is for this reason that I was tried and convicted by a
Josephine County Oregon kangaroo court for the conjured up phony
charges of "Simulation of Legal Process, i.e., Paper Terrorism"
via the Patriot Act because I sought to hold my public officials
accountable for their criminal actions in kidnapping, robbing,
attempting to extort money from one who had not committed any
crimes nor was subject to the contractual terms of a driver
license contract. They, the private corporate authorities
arrested and prosecuted a creditor who is not/was not acting a
surety for the debtor juristic person/defendant. Thus the
courts, prosecuting attorneys by operating outside of their
limited, unlawful, administrative court jurisdiction and failing
to prove jurisdiction as the Law requires were guilty of a Fraud,
Official Misconduct in the First Degree, Malfeasance of Office
and Simulation of Legal Process, the very crime they bogusly
charged me with. Pat, do you want to find out where the REAL
CRIMINALS hang out? Go to the JOSEPHINE COUNTY OREGON
COURTHOUSE!!
rk: You see Pat, the system must put the fear of prosecution
into the minds of the people or else they lose their power.

rk: This Redemption/UCC Lien remedy in holding government
officials accountable, along with BOYCOTT BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT are
the ONE-TWO punch that can take out this NEW WORLD ORDER assault
upon the American People, all without a bloody revolution or
firing a single shot.
rk: Such are the peaceful givens for the recovery of control
over our government by the Sovereign People. Now look at the
headlines! Ask yourself, what's wrong with the collective

happy with the outcome, and having said that, we have to work
with our situation and Paul's lack of stamina in dealing with all

Glad to hear you are out. Have faith! Your case is
important. The state's problem is that you and Paul are not
rolling over for them. They need that contract or your consent
in order to deal with you. Hold their feet to the fire. Stand
fast and push them to prove jurisdiction over you and Paul the
"living, breathing, flesh and blood, sentient, natural man/woman
(not person) Hang tight!! Don't get suckered in to debating
with them. They'll only attempt to use that as proof of
consent/contract. Don't play the lawyer game. Be the Sovereign
that you are.
I perceive this UCC-1 procedure preceded by changing one's
legal status from assumed surety (debtor) to Creditor over the
Juristic Person is the key to "RIGHT-SIDING" this topsy turvy
feudalistic relationship between the color of law courts and the
sleeping Sovereign People. All we need to to is widely
distribute your experiences with the court and penal system. If
you have anything I can post on my site, please send it to me.

The downside is that time is of the essence. This will only
work while we still have a Constitution. Should they declare
martial law, ALL BETS ARE OFF!! I understand your plight is
difficult, and you fell that you are alone, (you are, in fact
alone) but it must be so for you and Paul are being tested to the
very core of your spiritual being. You're holding up well.
Lynn, I'd like to post this far and wide to take this out of
the theoretical into the actual environment where it belongs. We
have to shock people out of their comfortable conditioned cocoon
thinking when they rationalize "these kinds of things happen to
other people but NOT TO ME?"

We have to have this matter heard in the 'COURT OF PUBLIC
OPINION." Perhaps the sleeping munchkins will awaken before it
