Conference in Khartoum, Sudan. Publicly he and others denounced the US. In

The followup attacks to the World Trade Center bombing were initiated at
this meeting, planned for July 4th, and, later, narrowly averted by the FBI.

Iraqi-Sudan-Iranian operational plans to turn Somalia (specifically) into

Most of your "proof" is speculation based on conspiracy theories.
Al Zawahiri's supposed 1998 threats stem from "...when U.S. officials
pushed for the extradition of a number of Egyptian Islamic Jihad
members from Albania to stand trial in Egypt for terrorism."

Some of the supposed evidence and documentation even claims that
Clinton was aware of or even declared that there was cooperation
between secularist Saddam Hussein and fundamentalist bin Laden.
So if that were true, why did Bush lift the sanctions on Afghanistan
despite the Taliban's continued refusal to turn over bin Laden?
On top of that, Bush sent a State Dept. official to meet with the
Taliban's ambassador to Pakistan to offer them about $2 million for
drug interdiction programs.

Other "proof", (besides the speculation in the books you cited), relies
on the claim by the Telegraph that one of their reporters found
documents in the bombed out intelligence HQ in Iraq.
Your monkey promised to provide proof of the links between bin Laden
and Saddam two years ago:

Speaking of Chalabi, he went from an honored guest at Bush's State of
the Union address to an unknown. Ever wonder why, or are you afraid to
