Get ready.
The White House spin machine is spooling up and the rhetoric is
spilling out like diarrhea.
Bush is claiming "encouraging signs of progress" in Iraq and
Afghanistan.
This, of course, comes from the same folks who claimed "Mission
Accomplished" four years ago and said Iraqis would welcome American
troops as "liberators."
Spin. Just another word for lies.

What we find is that the surge has troops going into areas, where for 4 1/2
years we have not seen our military in action. Naturally, they are routing
out al Qaeda in those areas. That's a good thing.

the Constitution and the Bill of Rights to pieces. This, while they tell
their adoring faithful that they are doing so to protect our democracy.
The shameful part of this is how many out there still lap these stories
up like a deer at a salt lick.

The latest Pew Research Poll tells us that republicans need their daily=20
Fox propaganda.

Republicans clearly need one source to tell them what to think and they=20
choose Fox to do that for them.
In fact, a previous Pew poll shows that Fox viewers are some of the=20
dumbest people in the country (second graph). Sadly, in this poll 54% is =
considered knowledgeable. An average Fox viewer scored only 35%. (I=20
scored 100%)
