Why Bush's Baghdad Visit Was So Short |
The use of depleted uranium in Gulf wars I and II have pushed
radiation levels to 1900 times higher than normal in Baghdad.
No wonder Bush only wanted to stay there no longer than a couple of
hours.
Troops can stay for a year, but not the boss.

Actually he's the leader of the most powerful country in the world, both
economically and militarily. There's a lot to do when you're
president. I know unemployed Candadian Java programmers have trouble
understanding that, but....
As far as depleted uranium: It's perfectly harmless. The gamma radiation
is so low that it's no more than the background radiation you're
normally exposed to.
Cite a study showing it's dangerous.
Depleted uranium -- note that it's "depleted" -- is a very dense
material that is very effective in piercing the enemy's tanks and APCs.
That saves lives and money in a conflict.

| Actually he's the leader of the most powerful country in the world, both
.... yes, it's *really* a case of the reprehensible leading the clueless!
| economically and militarily. There's a lot to do when you're
it's really a shame that the moral abilities - and the mental ones too - are
so outpaced by the technological ones ...
( = yanks may be, for now at least, top of the 'muscle' tree, mentally and
morally you are about the lowest life on this earth! )
| president. I know unemployed Candadian Java programmers have trouble
| understanding that, but....
.... the yanks must be several (thousand) evolutionary steps behind
'Candadian Java programmers' when it come to 'understanding' ANYTHING ...
|
| As far as depleted uranium: It's perfectly harmless. The gamma radiation
yeah, yeah, there's no 'Hot House' effect, trees cause air pollution, *God*
created this universe, blah blah ....
By the way, if there *were* a God, there would have been NO 'america', he
would not have tolerated such a bunch of evil, mentally disoriented,
mendacious, back stabbing, cretins to live in *His* scheme of things - ergo
*no* God - shame really, but one can dream ..........
| is so low that it's no more than the background radiation you're
only thing 'low' here is your attention span ...
| normally exposed to.
for a bunch of 'abnormals'; what does this mean ??
|
| Cite a study showing it's dangerous.
that only has a point if: a) you *wanted* to read it, b) you *could* read
it, and last but not least c) you have the remotest chance of understanding
it .....
I have serious doubts about ALL points!
|
| Depleted uranium -- note that it's "depleted" -- is a very dense
.... glad you mentioned 'dense' because I forgot to use that word in my
remarks about 'God' (above) ....
The most dense material on this planet seem to exist *only* between the ears
of yankees, there has NEVER been anything so resistant to clear and
independant thinking, logic, and precise information ...........
| material that is very effective in piercing the enemy's tanks and APCs.
| That saves lives and money in a conflict.
.... then I sincerely hope that *you* are in the next vehicle to be shot up
with DU, I would gladly hear you eat your words on that subject!
other that those 'small' points, I wish you (as a people) a good, if short,
life!

Have a look at the effect on fetuses:
http://ericblumrich.com/pl_lo.html
Check out the increases in cancer and deformities, both in Iraq and
the in returning soldiers.
What bloody nonsense. Even background radiation sometimes causes
genetic defects, so obviously 1900 times higher is not perfectly
harmless..

I got nothing but a black screen from your URL. I do, however, get the
hilarious window title of "Poisonous Legacy."
Hey, stupid. Read the Toxicological Profile for Uranium. Then we'll talk.

I suggest you get a more up-to-date browser and install the usual
plugins such as shockwave and real-audio. See

Once again: Read the Toxicological Profile for Uranium. Then we'll talk.
Can you do that? Or are you so committed to your faith that Bush is The
Evil One that you won't bother? Are you so intellectually dishonest that
for you a ShockWave presentation with ominous music in the background is
more important than the truth? (I really shouldn't expect anything else
from a fool like you who defends Muslim suicide bombings of civilians;
it's hope against hope.)
As far as having the latest browser, I use Mozilla and Firebird. Doesn't
get any better or newer. BTW, black background with bold red letters
does not an argument make.
