Alleged victim: ‘He touched me’
Boy says a lie brought defendant into his life

One of two key witnesses in the child molestation trial of Cory A.
Heinzman pointed out the former Child Protective Services worker in
court Wednesday, and said Heinzman first began abusing him by rubbing
his genitals through his pants.
Hamilton County Assistant Prosecutor Stephanie Smith questioned the
teen, now 16, about how he first met Heinzman.
The teen – who suffers from Asperger’s disorder, a mild form of autism,
and had behavioral problems – said he lied to school officials and told
them his mother beat him, following an argument he had with her. School
administrators called Child Protective Services, which sent Cory
Heinzman to the boy’s home for an interview.
He told the court Heinzman talked to his mother, then took photographs
of some bruises on his leg. The teen admitted to Heinzman he’d lied
about his mother abusing him.
The next time he saw Heinzman was in his office, where he went to “hang
out” and play with cars and other things in the office.
The boy also answered questions about the first sexual encounter he had
with Heinzman when he was 13.
“I was in his car,” the boy said. “He started touching me on my (body
part).”
Later, he said Heinzman drove him to a church, where he said Heinzman
“went underneath my clothes.”
He said other sexual acts also occurred at movie theaters and Heinzman’s
home.
During the trial, the teen popped gummy bears from a bag on the desk of
the witness stand.
He related that while he spent some time in a residential facility,
Heinzman sent letters and gifts to him. After he was released from the
facility, he said he hung out at Heinzman’s office, home, Dairy Queen, a
few movie theaters, some restaurants and at his own home.
The jury of 10 women and two men looked at pictures of toys and other
items the teen said were gifts, and examined a set of knee and elbow
pads as well as a skateboard the boy said Heinzman had bought at a
garage sale and gave to him in exchange for sexual favors.
The boy had earlier testified he told his mother about being molested
about two weeks after Heinzman stopped calling him. He said Heinzman
quit having contact after he refused to have sex.
Defense attorney Rodney Sarkovics was prohibited from asking the teen
about any prior sexual history. But he asked the boy about his history
of lying.
“You said that sometimes when you’re angry you blurt out things you
don’t mean,” Sarkovics asked.
“Correct,” said the boy.
“Have you ever threatened to kill your mother?”
“Yes,” the teen responded.
“And when you did it, you were angry and didn’t mean it?” Sarkovics asked.
“Yes,” the boy said.
Sarkovics asked him about voices he said he had been hearing in the
past. The boy said he does not hear them now. He described them as a
man’s voice whispering in his ear.
“Like a guardian angel,” he said. “It says, ‘Don’t do this. Don’t do
this.’ They repeat.”
At another point during testimony, Sarkovics charged the boy was looking
to Smith and Hamilton County Prosecutor Sonia Leerkamp for the answers
to his questions, when the teen looked over at them during
cross-examination.
Asking another question, Sarkovics wanted to know why the boy had said
Heinzman drove him to a church when he hadn’t mentioned it in
depositions to the defense attorneys.
“I probably forgot,” he said.
“You told me he even totally stopped, but you didn’t say where,”
Sarkovics countered.
“You asked me how it stopped, but you never asked me where,” the boy
answered.
The teen is one of two boys who accused Heinzman of molesting them
between Aug. 4 2004 and April 15, 2005. The second accuser, now 18, has
yet to testify in the trial, which is expected to continue at least
through the end of the week.
CURRENTLY CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES VIOLATES MORE CIVIL RIGHTS ON A
DAILY BASIS THEN ALL OTHER AGENCIES COMBINED INCLUDING THE NSA / CIA
WIRETAPPING PROGRAM....
CPS Does not protect children...
It is sickening how many children are subject to abuse, neglect and even
killed at the hands of Child Protective Services.
every parent should read this .pdf from
connecticut dcf watch...
http://www.connecticutdcfwatch.com/8x11.pdf
http://www.connecticutdcfwatch.com
Number of Cases per 100,000 children in the US
These numbers come from The National Center on
Child Abuse and Neglect in Washington. (NCCAN)
Recent numbers have increased significantly for CPS
*Perpetrators of Maltreatment*
Physical Abuse CPS 160, Parents 59
Sexual Abuse CPS 112, Parents 13
Neglect CPS 410, Parents 241
Medical Neglect CPS 14 Parents 12
Fatalities CPS 6.4, Parents 1.5
Imagine that, 6.4 children die at the hands of the very agencies that
are supposed to protect them and only 1.5 at the hands of parents per
100,000 children. CPS perpetrates more abuse, neglect, and sexual abuse
and kills more children then parents in the United States. If the
citizens of this country hold CPS to the same standards that they hold
parents too. No judge should ever put another child in the hands of ANY
government agency because CPS nationwide is guilty of more harm and
death than any human being combined. CPS nationwide is guilty of more
human rights violations and deaths of children then the homes from which
they were removed. When are the judges going to wake up and see that
they are sending children to their death and a life of abuse when
children are removed from safe homes based on the mere opinion of a
bunch of social workers.
BE SURE TO FIND OUT WHERE YOUR CANDIDATES STANDS ON THE ISSUE OF
REFORMING OR ABOLISHING CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES ("MAKE YOUR CANDIDATES
TAKE A STAND ON THIS ISSUE.") THEN REMEMBER TO VOTE ACCORDINGLY IF THEY
ARE "FAMILY UNFRIENDLY" IN THE NEXT ELECTION...
