WIRE TAP TRAITORS

1. President Bush has the legal authority to listen to telephone
calls without the need for a warrant when it comes to:
A. Intelligence gathering in respect to a suspected enemy of the
United States. (Re US Constitution, the Resolution(s) of War
passed by Congress in October 2001 and October 2002, the War
Powers Act, and the Foreign Intelligence Act).
B. This said intelligence gathering authority includes monitoring
and recording private telephone calls (or any other electronic,
courier, or other means of communication) related to (a) above
regardless of their origin or destination.
To summerize: A telephone call, fax, email or any other type of
communication, made to or from the USA by a suspected terrorist
can be monitored by the NSA under the direct authority of the
President of the USA without the need to first secure a warrant.
President Carter, Clinton and Bush all used this same tactic and
power to wire tap calls to and from the USA, and the FISA court
has upheld the practice for US Presidents in the past. (Note that
a FISA court Judge ((a Clinton Appointee)) has just resigned over
this wire tap issue. Could it be that Judge knew about this
secret wire tapping all along and approved it? If not, why
resign?)
Opposing Intelligence Gathering by the President Will Lead to
Disaster
I believe those that oppose the President of the United State's
legal authority to order the monitoring and recording of
telephone calls, email, faxes, etc. made to the USA or from the
USA to and between known and suspected terrorists that have
proclaimed they wish to murder American citizens are traitors,
and they either *want* the USA to be attacked again, or they are
complete and utter morons. Pick one.
As a case in point, the Brooklyn Bridge terrorist bombing was
thwarted by a warrantless telephone wire tap between a foreign
terrorist and a terrorist (traitor) residing in the USA. Since
telephone numbers can change in a second, and calls can be routed
through several different numbers also in seconds, it is
impracticable to take the time to obtain a warrant. By the time a
warrant is issued the telephone number in question could have
been changed hundreds of times, and ergo, hundreds of plots and
plans between terrorists will be lost.
Note there is a FISA Court procedure that allows a wire tap
warrant to be issued subsequently after the wire tap has been
completed. However, since dozens of different telephone numbers
could be (and were) involved, changed, discarded, assigned to
dozens of fake identities, that procedure is also unworkable. All
the warrants would be "John Doe" warrants, and neither the NSA
nor the courts nor the President would know in advance or
subsequently whether the target was an American citizen traitor,
illegal alien, legal alien, foreign diplomat, or even a liberal
congressperson. (Terrorists do not always use their real names).
Consequently, the requirements necessary for the issuance of a
warrant *after the fact* could not be completed - ergo, it was
impossible and pointless to obtain warrants before or after the
wire tap. (Note that howling for old-fashioned restraints on
high-tech modern communication methods is beyond idiotic, it is
lawyer/Dim -speak for "attack us again please so we can win an
election." Moreover, no doubt the left wing nuts want all
Terrorists to have lawyers, and they want lots of lawyers to be
involved always since it is the Trial Lawyers that send all that
money to the left wing of the Dim party. Sure we want our tax
money to pay for lawyers for terrorists that were caught planning
to murder us en mass, sure we do. Has the Dim party gone
completely berserk?
What if the Left-Wingers had Stopped the President Before?
Do the Dimmy politicians and lawyers (ACLU types) howling to stop
the NSA from listening to (suspect) terrorist conversations to
and from the USA actually *want* the American people to be
massacred again like they would have been massacred during the
thwarted Brooklyn Bridge bombing? What if the Dimmy's (left wing
politicians) would have actually stopped the President from his
right to protect American citizens with wire taps *before* the
Brooklyn Bridge bombing was thwarted? Then the Brooklyn Bridge
would have been bombed in the middle of rush hour, thousands of
Americans would have been massacred, and no doubt the left winger's
would have blamed President Bush for that catastrophe regardless
of the fact they were the ones that blocked the necessary
intelligence to stop the attack!
What Happened When Clinton Blocked Intelligence Gathering on
Suspect Terrorists?
We know the Clinton/Reno administration blocked the interchange
of intelligence between the FBI and the CIA, and that block led
to the 911 massacres. Are we going to allow these left wing nuts
like Hanoi John Kerry and his mindless supporters do it to us
again?
Demonizing President Bush is Not the Answer
Much like our war on terror in Iraq and Afghanistan is being
demonized by the left regardless of the tremendous successes we
have accomplished in that war, President Bush is being demonized
by the frantic left-wingers regardless of his obvious success in
protecting the USA from terrorist attacks.
These same Dim Politicians that are howling the loudest against
President Bush (1) refuse to state publicly that they actually
want President Bush to stop what he is doing in respect to these
wire taps because they are afraid that stoppage would lead to
another terrorist attack on the USA and they would be (correctly)
held responsible, (2) never issued a peep of protest against such
intelligence gathering methods when past Democratic Presidents
were doing the exact same thing as President Bush (Clinton's
Echelon program as an example), and (3) Never brought any
complaints about President Bush's authorization for intelligence
gathering before the House or Senate Intelligence Oversight
Committees although not less than twelve Dimmy Congresspersons
were told by the White House what was going on).
The Dimmy politicians seem to have one political ideology and
just one strategy for America:
Demonize President Bush with personal attacks, lies, distortions,
embellishments, out of context statements, fabrications and false
accusations. Sound familiar? I have found that people that use
such personal attacks and demonizing tactics in debate and in
politics are people that do not have enough intelligence to
complete a coherent argument or form an original thought.
Impeachment
The person that should be impeached over this issue is the
congressperson that leaked this information to the NY Times. This
unauthorized exposure of one of our key intelligence gathering
procedures has done tremendous damage to our intelligence
gathering effectiveness. Does anyone really believe that
terrorists will continue to call their operatives in the USA now
they know their calls, faxes, emails will be monitored? All the
information we were gathering to protect American citizens via
this secret method of wire tapping will now be lost and gone
forever thanks to the traitor(s) that leaked this intelligence
protocol to the NY times.
President Bush said he briefed not less than twelve
Congresspersons about this incredibly valuable intelligence
gathering operation. Who wants to bet it was one of the Dim
Congresspersons that leaked this intelligence gathering procedure
to the NY Times? Now that is one Congressperson that should not
only be impeached, but also arrested and tried for espionage.

Why do you insist on linking Iraq to the 9-11 attack ? Extensive

have tried to protect his rights and legal authority to protect
the USA. In fact, Clinton did precisely what Bush is doing in

care statement, that is also false. Your premise is that those

desperate to enter the USA while also desperate to leave most
socialistic European nations and third world countries. France
has an unemployment rate of about 13%, Germany about 10%, and the
USA, even with 13 million illegal aliens taking jobs away from US
Citizens, has only a 4.9% unemployment rate. So, would you
rather go to France and live on the dole, or come to the USA and
make a good living and a damn good life along with it? The
answer to that question is obvious and that is why there are

What I am concerned and outraged about is that probably every other time
anyone posted on the Internet more than a couple of times that

forwarded to NSA for review.
